Collaboration with TCS

Department of commerce signed an MoU with TCS Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to offer an industry integrated, unique three years full time B.Com (BPS) degree programme. The curriculum specialization in Business Process services. It aims at developing professionals to meet the industry requirements. It has an intensive course work comprising of specialized subjects along with B.Com subjects. The subjects that are offered through the partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) are;
1) Finance and Accounting
2) Insurance
3) Banking
4) Manage Business Process I
5) Manage Business Process II
6) Retail and Market Research
7) Campus to Corporate
8) Capital Markets

The above subjects are delivered by faculties who are trained and certified by TCS. The students get to gain domain knowledge in various services offered by the Business Process Management (earlier known as BPO) industry. This gives an advantage to the students during placements. Likelihood of getting placed in reputed companies including placement opportunities offered by TCS.
