Through industrial visits,
students gain hands on practical knowledge on various industrial processes and
its management concepts. When they see how things work in reality, it gives
them a clear idea about the respective field they would be pursuing and the
amount of effort involved in the same. The subjects and concepts they study
will start making more sense to them. Students in their 2nd year
are taken for a local industrial visit and in their 3rd year
for an outstation industrial visit. Further international industrial study
tours are also undertaken periodically.
Professional Interface
Forum is set up to enable students to remain in continuous touch with the
industry and business executives through interaction at frequent intervals, so
that they can imbibe corporate culture and norms followed there and enable them
to acquire required skills needed to start their career.
